Scott is licensed in both Ohio and West Virginia and has earned the ranking of Certified Master Inspector (CMI), and has numerous additional certifications and professional education credits to his name through InterNACHI, OREIA, Monroe Infrared (CRT), and CCPIA.
Before he started Premiere Properly Inspections, Scott worked several years for a local HVAC company installing furnaces, AC, & ductwork in WV, OH, & PA. He also gained years of additional electrical experience under a Master Electrician.
